Second Draft provides an AI-powered sanity-check tool designed to assist users in reviewing high-stakes messages. By using our service, you acknowledge that our AI provides suggestions and analysis, but you remain solely responsible for the final content and tone of your communications.

2. Pricing and Payment

We offer subscription-based access to our tools. Prices are as follows:

• Standard Monthly Subscription: £19.00 per month.
• Professional Annual Subscription: £190.00 per year.

Payments are processed securely. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your chosen payment method for the selected billing cycle.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial months or years of service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Second Draft to generate, distribute, or refine content that is illegal, harmful, harassing, or violates the rights of others. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for users who violate these terms.

5. Liability

Second Draft is provided "as is". While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that our AI analysis will be error-free or suitable for every specific context. We are not liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use of our service or the content you produce using our tools.
